엔스케이프 proxy connection failed 에 관해서 질문 드립니다.

General setting에서 프록시에 들어가면, connetion failed가 뜹니다.

또한  학생용 라이센스 인증할  때  licensing service is not reachable. please verify that you are connected to the internet

문장과 함께 인증이 되지 않는데,

 

해결 방법을 잘 몰라 질문 남깁니다.
