Architect (U.S. Licensed Architect Only)
We are seeking a licensed U.S. architect (AIA) to join the Far East District (FED) Project starting at the Schematic Design (SD) stage. This role focuses on design leadership, from concept through preparation of construction documents, working closely with FED, contractors, and the design teams.

Responsibilities

– Lead design development from Schematic Design through Construction Documents
– Plan and lead charrette sessions, driving productive collaboration among FED, and the design teams
– Deliver client-facing and internal presentations with clarity and confidence
– Maintain design quality throughout project phases
– Travel to project sites and meetings as needed

Qualifications

– Licensed Architect in the United States (AIA / Registered Architect) required
– 5+ years of experience in architecture
– Strong communication and presentation skills
– Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent design software
– Valid driver's license

Working Conditions & Benefits

– Work Schedule: 5-day work week
– Salary: Negotiable at interview, based on experience
– Overtime, weekend/holiday work, and incentive pay provided separately
